THE STUDIO REMODEL PROJECT

NSAM has moved next to Cactus Gallery in Eagle Rock.We worked hard on customizing this small storefront to accomodate classes as well as being a functioning mosaic studio. The bathroom floor has been mosaiced and we have given the walls a fresh coat of paint.The custom  counter which we built  features a 10.5 ft custom mosaic in the center.We also added a utility sink and counter on the east wall. I made a really cool custom mosaic backsplash for the sink area.We put in a new air conditioner. We added a nice display counter in the front window and a cabinet for my  antique micro mosaic jewelry and  picture frames. The folks at Cactus are great neighbors!
